PREVENTIVE PLANNING

Preventive Care and Annual Health Review

Your annual health review gives you dedicated time to step back and look at the bigger picture — not just today’s symptoms. Together with your physician, we will identify potential risk factors, review recommended preventive screenings and vaccinations, and develop an individualized health plan for the year ahead.

Preventive Care Screenings, vaccinations, and individualized prevention strategies.
Cardiometabolic Health Blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes risk, weight, and key biological markers.
Lifestyle & Wellness Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and modifiable habits.
Your Health Plan Clear priorities and realistic goals for the year ahead.
03
DEEPER PREVENTIVE EVALUATION

Comprehensive Health Assessments

For patients who want a more in-depth understanding of their health, Amara offers comprehensive physician-led health assessments. For selected patients, Amara Health can help coordinate IV infusion services through a nearby partner facility when clinically appropriate. Your physician can help determine whether an infusion service is appropriate for your goals and medical history.
