MEMBERSHIP + INSURANCE
How Amara Membership & Health Insurance Work Together
Amara Health is launching with our concierge primary care membership model and plans to participate with selected major health insurance plans as credentialing and contracting are completed.
Your membership fee pays for the enhanced access and membership benefits associated with your selected Amara plan.
Once Amara participates with your insurance plan, eligible medical visits, and covered clinical services may also be billed through insurance according to your individual benefits.

When Amara participates with your insurance plan, eligible medical services may be submitted to your insurance according to the terms of your coverage.

Your Standard Insurance Responsibility
Copays, deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered services, and other patient responsibilities still apply according to your individual insurance plan.
Important Note: Participating insurance carriers will be announced once credentialing and contracts are finalized. Patients should confirm Amara's participation with their specific plan before receiving insurance-billed services.
